Harvested by hand: October 25th, 2016
Origin: QingJing (CingJing farm area), Taiwan (2000 m)
Process: Lightly oxidized, rolled Oolong and well dried.

Dry leaves: Green/blue color. White tips are visible.

Dry scents: Light flowers.

Brew: light yellow color. Clear and shiny.

Brewed leaves scent: Juicy peach fragrances.

Taste: Powerful, clean with a long  and sweet aftertaste.

Spent leaves: Lots of insect bites on the leaves, which shows a lack of pesticides. The leaves and stems are very flexible and thin. That's why this Oolong feels so fresh. 

Conclusion: this is a very good example of winter High mountain Oolong. It comes from a area close to Lishan, home to the famous CingJing farm.
