1. View

Bright and dark big dry green leaves. The brew's color is a bright and shiny yellow. It has a very good transparency.

2. The dry floral scent are light, fresh and flowery. The brew smells so buttery and fat that I even get some hints of goose liver!

3. The taste is sweet and powerful. It coats the mouth with its buttery feeling and leaves a pleasant and long lasting aftertaste. The fine and fresh character of this high mountain Oolong is a real pleasure!

These leaves come from one of the highest plantations in ChangShuHu. They were harvested on a bright sunny day. April 24th is a rather late date for this location. The reason is a long cold and dry winter this year. A nearby plantation even experienced frost damage in March due to freezing temperatures! These trees were spared this problem because they are facing south and have a good air flow.
