1. Sight
The dry leaves are green and white.

The brew is dark yellow turning orange and clear. The open leaves show signs of oxidation and bites

2. Fragrances.
The dry scents are floral (exotic flowers) and rather typical for a winter Baozhong.

The brew's scents are have the added fragrance of jassid's bites.

3. Taste
Fresh with a light astringency that lengthens the taste and has a sweet finish.

Conclusion:

This year's warm winter has also impacted the Wenshan area. This is the batch where the impact of jassid bites is most obvious. It's interesting to taste how this has impacted the taste of a very pure, lightly oxidized Baozhong.
