Process: Insect bitten leaves with medium oxidation and light roast.

1. Sight
The dry leaves are rolled and have light brown, green and white colors!

The brew is shiny and clear. The color is a dark orange. The open leaves are thick and healthy.

2. Fragrances.
The dry scents are subtropical and fruity. 

The brew's scents are much closer to honey scents, typical of jassid bitten Oolong.

3. Taste
Sweet and light like honey!

Conclusion:

This tea reminds me a lot of this Shan Lin Xi Zhuo Yan Oolong. The oxidation level, jassid bites give it very similar aromas and character. It's not as complex in terms of scents and the aftertaste is less persistent, but it comes close for just a fraction of the cost.

Besides, this plantation uses peanut shells are natural fertilizers. This also helps protect the soil between the tea trees and prevents the growth of weed. The farmer also doesn't use any pesticides on this plantation.
