2007 Spring raw puerh cake from small private factory
Harvested by hand : Spring 2007
Origin: Menghai region, small private factory, but packaged as CNNP.
Process: raw, sun dried, blended and pressed as cake.
Weight of a cake: 357 gram
Storage: dry and clean in Guangdong province, China
This puerh cake is a typical fake '7542' that has been well stored for almost 10 years. The thick and loose way it was pressed is more similar to a '8582', though.
This puerh is a good choice for a daily tea when you don't have much time to spend on the preparation. It tastes best if you use a fair amount of leaves, a zisha or duanni teapot, and short brewing times. The hot water should be poured in with strength and control. Then, quickly tea should be poured out.
This will give you a smoother taste and nice sheng puerh aromas with dark jasmine notes.
