Process: Organic leaves, processed as Baozhong, with medium roast

1. View

Big, dark yellow and green dry leaves. Dark yellow brew color with excellent clarity.

2. Scents

Dark and sweet scents of subtropical forest. Fruity and even flowery scents. Very pure.

3. Taste

Very sweet and clean. Deep throat aftertaste that lingers very pleasantly.

Conclusion: The roast reached the same temperature as for my other roasted Wenshan Baozhong. However, because the organic Baozhong leaves are thicker, the roast didn't penetrate the leaves to the same extent. On the outside, it looks similar, but here there's much more freshness preserved inside.
