Process: Light to medium oxidized Baozhong, very light roasting.

The dry leaves have stems and are light green. The brew has a beautiful yellow color and shine.

2. Scents

The dry scent are a mix of subtropical forest and fresh exotic flowers. The brew has marshmallow scents.

3. Taste

The tea tastes deliciously fresh, clean, sweet and long. 


Conclusion: The son of my Baozhong farmer is learning how to make tea in order to take over the family business one day. When I visited him, he was testing 6 teas made from the same leaves using slightly different techniques. This is how he can understand the impact of the production on the aromas. This tea comes from the batch I liked most because the aromas are richer and the taste smoother. Last year, this young farmer won a first prize at a competition, but he told me that for this batch he listened to his grandfather's advice! For me, this confirms that the best and fastest way to learn is to follow the guidance of a tea master!
