This spring harvest is rather dry. This dry weather translates in lower yields, but good quality this year. However, the weather of early April is quite warm and this negatively impacts the freshness of green tea this year. Early batches from March are best. This green tea has the finesse, light flower scents and energy typical of great San Hsia Biluochun.
