Between the 2 fabrics is a sheet of cotton that helps absorb water or tea drops on the Chabu.

This Chabu is unique, because I don't have more fabric to make a second one that's exactly the same. This uniqueness is a symbol for the Chaxi, the tea moment: a unique moment of beauty and harmony!
