The Master samples of Rougui Oolong
The taste of Rougui
This sampler includes 3 Rougui Oolongs:
1. 25 gr of Rougui Baozhong from Pinglin, northern Taiwan, from Spring 2018.
2. 25 gr of Roasteed Rougui Baozhong from the same batch as above.
3. 5 gr of Rougui Yan Cha from Niu Lan Keng, WuYi, Fujian of spring 2019. (See pictures) (Five grams only).
The first 2 samples will show the impact of the roasting on the flavors of Rougui. The third sample will show the unique mineral taste of Yan Cha and how WuYi imparts a specific taste on the tea that grows on its rocks. This is also the taste of tradtion, because Oolong has been invented in the WuYi mountains during the Qing dynasty!
