3. The taste
Clean, sweet and fresh. The taste has a fine, sweet and elegant aftertaste.
Conclusion: this tea comes from one of the highest plantation in ChangShuHu. That's why the harvest takes place 10 days later than the other Chang Shu Hu Oolong. The location of this plantation is better protected by the nearby forest, where monkeys can sometimes be heard in a distance. But the monkeys are more interested in fruits than tea! Joke aside, this is a lovely tea. The farmer who produces it also owns the plantation. He's in the mid 50s and is a recognized tea master. He is often recruited to produce tea in Shan Lin Xi and Li Shan!
