Cultivar: Qingxin (ruanzhi) Oolong
Harvested by hand: May 15th, 2026.
Origin: Tsui Feng, Lishan (1700 m) Taiwan.
Process: light oxidation, rolled, dried.
1. View
The leaves are fresh dark green. They produce a bright, shiny and clear dark yellow brew. The open leaves show a higher than usual oxidation level.
2. Scents
High notes of fresh fruits. The fragrances are intensified by the slightly higher oxidation level.
3. Taste
Very smooth and sweet in taste and aftertaste. It's pleasing and round with no hint of bitterness, even in competition mode (3 gr for 6 minutes).
Conclusion: this plantation is at the same elevation as Long Feng Xia. That's why its price level is quite similar, despite coming from the Lishan area.
