Tax excluded
Volume: 99 ml (9.9 cl)
Weight: 99 grams
The shape of this teapot is called Shuiping because it's well balanced and floats on water. The clay is zhuni, a hard red clay that was fired at a high temperature. The handle is nicely made: It's thicker on top and easy to hold. It was made over 20 years ago and is in new condition. The water flows well and slowly from the spout and can be stopped by pressing on the knob.
This teapot has a single hole.
It performs well with Oolong tea or sheng puerh.
The seal under the teapot is: '中國土產畜產進出口公司福建省分公司廈門支公司' which means 'China national native produce import and export corporation branch in Fujian Province branch in Xiamen'. On the body of the teapot, the carving means "Please drink Chinese Oolong tea".
