The dry leaves are not too big and have a natural green colors. The brew has great clarity and transparency with a very fresh yellow/green color. The open leaves are huge as well, but they retain their full flexibility and tenderness.  Lots of insect bites on buds and leaves are clear signs that this plantation doesn't use pesticides.

2. Scents

The dry leaves smell like fresh lavender and vetyver! We find the same fine scents in the brew. The feeling is natural, elegant and intense.

3. Taste

The taste of this tea is simply perfect! It's sweet, pure, full of energy, buttery, intense, concentrated, long, refined, cooling, relaxing...

Conclusion: Da Yu Ling simply produces the best High mountain Oolongs. Let's enjoy them while we still can and before Taiwan's government reclaims the land and destroys all the plantations there.
