Origin: Pinglin area, Wenshan, northern Taiwan
Process: Lightly oxidized, striped, well dried, no stems.
The dry leaves are light green. The brew has a light color between green and yellow.
The dry scents feel grassy and complex. The brew smells light flowery and fresh.
The taste is very mellow and relaxing.
This very affordable Jinxuan Baozhong has the elegance of Wenshan's early spring season.
