Origin: Tsui Luan, 翠巒 (2100 m)
Process: light oxidation, rolled, dried .
The leaves are bright green. They produce a brew with a very concentrated yellow color. Shiny and transparent. The rim of the leaves have signs of oxidation (red)
Flowery and fruity with notes of butter. Very fresh and bright.
It starts with a mellow note, but it soon turns very sweet and powerul. The aftertaste is thick, long, fresh and full of energy.
Conclusion: the Tsui Luan mountain is located near Lishan and its teas are often packaged as Lishan. This year, thanks to a high oxidation level, the tea has an excellent sweet taste that is very similar with FuShou Shan!
